The Connection, operated by the Hunt County Committee on Aging, is a transportation service for all residents of Greenville, and Hunt County, regardless of age or economic status.

The Connection also offers subsidized and/or discount services for elderly, handicapped (wheelchair accessible vehicles comply with ADA requirements) and low-income residents to provide access for:

  • education
  • social service assistance
  • employment
  • medical assistance
  • essential shopping (groceries, prescriptions)

The Hunt County Committee on Aging, Inc. also supplies nutrition and social services for the over-60 population to help seniors retain their independence and enhance their overall quality of life. HCCOA is a private, non-profit agency organized under the 501c- 3 Federal tax exemption code.

 

The Connection Service Hours:
Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

One day advance notice required
reservations taken from 8:00 a.m. till 3:30 p.m.

These days and times are observed except for holidays and bad weather days.
